Change Your Life With Just a Pen and Paper

News

10 months ago I had a terrible breakup. I thought she was the person and we were meant to be together but somehow we split apart and I was at the worst phase of my life.

That’s when I discovered a superpower. A superpower, I only heard of but never used it.

Journalling.

journaling is literally the only business that has a 1000x ROI. You literally spend 5-10 minutes on it and it changes your life. Magically improve your mental health.

Here are the 3 types of journals I’ve kept and how they’ve helped me:

  1. Gratitude Journal
Do you know what separates joy from sadness? Gratitude. Gratitude Journalling will only take you 2–3 mins but it will make you significantly happy in just 6 months. Gratitude Journalling is fairly simple. As soon as you wake up, grab a notebook and a pen and write down 3 things you’re grateful for. It can be anything, any person, any food, any animal. And don’t make these two mistakes: A. Don’t write the same thing every day Don’t be a zombie. Take your time and think about what you are truly grateful for. You can literally think of hundreds of things or people you’re grateful for when you’re grateful for them.

bornDon’t Half Write Don’t treat it like a chore and half write. The point of writing is to be thankful for these things and people. And if you’re not grateful for writing it, there’s no point in doing it.
  2. Brain Dump Journaling
Just like the name. This kind of journalism is not subject to that. Write everything down in your mind. From ideas to to-do lists. Anything currently in your account will be placed there. It has two advantages: a.Clear Your Mind If you’re like most people, you feel like you’re drowning in a sea of chores. It’s hard to follow everything. Working or resting is almost impossible because you have so much to do. You are overwhelmed and get no results. Writing down everything you think about will help clear your mind. Then you can do what you need to do now, whether it’s work or rest. Many things for one cause. Pro Tip: Take a brain dump right before bed. You will find that falling asleep is much easier.

bornLeads to new ideas Imagine a situation in which you are talking to another person about your problem. When you explained your situation, I found a solution! The other person didn’t even have to say anything helpful! When you communicate something, your brain thinks about it in different ways. This increases the likelihood that the brain will come up with new ideas/solutions to a problem. When you write, you communicate with your newspaper. As you write, you’ll find that new ideas come to your mind.
  3. Registration for Transparency
This is my preferred registration method. I literally go to Pinterest for this search term “magazine tips” and voila, I have hundreds of questions. These are questions that will help you delve deeper if you answer them. These questions will allow you to see the side of yourself that you’ve been hiding from everyone. I usually do this before bed. It helps me better understand my actions and intentions. And luckily I’m going to sleep. Believe me, incorporating journaling into my everyday life has completely changed the way I work. I can honestly say that I am a much happier and more grateful person than before. And that’s just the power of pen and paper.
